Imaging and Document Management

Synergy 2000 Document Manager is a client/server document imaging and information storage solution that captures and stores traditional paper-based information for viewing on a desktop PC. Document Manager replaces traditional paper-based filing systems for signature cards and loan files with a digital imaging system.

It manages and provides fast electronic retrieval of any type of media including photos, loan applications, customer e-mails, correspondence and all source documents used in a financial institution. This robust and scaleable system operates with the Internet, on standalone PCs and within all popular Local Area/Wide Area Networking systems (LAN/WAN).

Reduce employee data entry
"Smart Indexes" within the Document Module access existing index information already stored in an electronic host customer database. This reduces or eliminates manual data entry of indexing information. The Smart Index feature reduces operating costs and increases productivity for financial institutions.

Retrieve information quickly
The Document Module provides fast electronic retrieval of various documents. Signature cards are the most common requests in financial institutions. When a teller is presented a large cheque, the branch employee is able to view the customer's signature without having to call the main branch to fax a copy of the signature card.

Imaging for every asset size
Financial institutions of all sizes take advantage of the imaging capabilities of the Document Module. The system can be installed as a standalone system or implemented as an enterprise-wide solution using a LAN/WAN or the Internet. The scalability of the Document Module brings document imaging access to more users than ever before.
