Synergy 2000 Document Manager is a client/server
document imaging and information storage solution that
captures and stores traditional paper-based information for
viewing on a desktop PC. Document Manager replaces traditional
paper-based filing systems for signature cards and loan files
with a digital imaging system.
It manages and provides fast electronic retrieval of
any type of media including photos, loan applications,
customer e-mails, correspondence and all source documents used
in a financial institution. This robust and scaleable system
operates with the Internet, on standalone PCs and within all
popular Local Area/Wide Area Networking systems
(LAN/WAN).

indexing information. The Smart Index feature reduces

Document Module provides fast electronic retrieval of various
documents. Signature cards are the most common requests in
financial institutions. When a teller is presented a large
cheque, the branch employee is able to view the customer's
signature without having to call the main branch to fax a copy
of the signature card.
