| Exception Management
The TRAM Status Screen provides a current
summary view of the matching status of all confirmations.
Users can then drill down to see the underlying transaction in
full detail.
Confirmations are categorised as
follows:
- Waiting Queue
Shows all
confirmations awaiting the delivery of matching
confirmations that are still within the ‘Timeout’ limits
defined for that counterparty.
- Timeout Queue
Details all
confirmations that have not received a match and have
exceeded the predefined Timeout.
Exception
Processing and Investigation
All processed
confirmations are classified into 'Best
Fit' categories of Pair, Proposed Pair or Close Fit,
enabling the user to immediately identify exceptions.
Comprehensive Investigation Tracking ensures that corrections
to exception messages are received.
